About Us | Carolina Gutierrez – Limited Edition Handcrafted

I am a fashion designer of Dominican origin, graduated in Industrial Fashion Arts from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. Throughout my career, I have worked designing and creating clothing for various events, such as shows, musicals, theater, and fashion shows as a freelancer.
In the past, I worked as a designer for a company that manufactures jeans, and as a freelancer, I also created custom-made ceremonial garments. Later, I specialized in logistics and management in Spain. During this time, I became particularly drawn to creating limited edition, handmade clothing using sustainable materials. And that’s how the project Carolina Gutierrez Atelier was born — a fashion brand that produces elegance with responsibility.

Carolina Gutierrez Atelier is a fashion brand specializing in handcrafted, limited edition pieces. Its goal is to offer consumers high-quality artisan products that meet seasonal demands, while maintaining the classic essence and elegance of fine dressing. The brand challenges the passage of time by imposing a style that defines its identity.

We believe in the sustainability of clothing and its independent functionality.

We have a production workshop where we create designs, illustrations, and tailor-made garments for our customers.

We develop products that feature the brand for women and children. In the showroom, we display creations from ready-to-wear clothing collections.

Logo Identity

The logo is composed of a pocket watch and the signature Carolina Gutierrez. The watch is a symbol of classic distinction in dressing, marking an era. It is composed of two initials: the C, which takes the shape of a French beret, and the G, formed by a needle threaded with sewing thread, symbolizing haute couture. The stylized red heart represents passion, while the dots and dashes form the stitching, and the needle of the watch symbolizes the passage of the seasons.
The signature and the watch feature a custom font (designed from scratch) with serifs inspired by the artist Salvador Dalí and his iconic mustache.

The name Carolina features the dot of the i formed by the French beret. The initial letters of the signature are characterized by fundamental elements: the C takes the abstract shape of a French beret, and the leg of the G is formed by a needle passing through the letter u.
