Returns & Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) business days from the date you received the products purchased on our website.
International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Consequently, you will be refunded the full amount of the purchased items, excluding shipping fees which remain at the customer's expense.
Returned items must be handed over to the courier within fourteen (14) business days from the date of delivery.
Products can be returned using the seller's designated courier service (Poste/SDA), or via a carrier chosen by the customer, strictly after contacting us by email () and receiving our official confirmation.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.The right of withdrawal is considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
- Customer support must be notified via email at within a suitable timeframe, keeping in mind that the returned items must be handed to the courier within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the order.
- Returns will only be accepted if they meet the following criteria:
- Products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
- The identification tag must still be attached to the products;
- The provided Exchange/Return Form must be duly filled out and placed inside the package;
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, which must arrive intact to the seller. Therefore, returned items must be shipped following appropriate procedures and using suitable protective packaging to safeguard both the products and the box in which the parcel was received;
- Returned products must be sent to the seller in a single shipment; otherwise, the seller reserves the right not to accept items from the same order returned and shipped at different times;
- Returned products must be delivered to the courier no later than fourteen (14) business days starting from the date you received the items.
The right of withdrawal is excluded if the garment has been customized or made "to order / custom-fit" at the customer's request
